Transfer Flash to HTML5-Project

Hello there! thanks for reading my proposal, I have checked your description and your sample website (which was in german) and understood that you are looking to convert your Flash website to an HTML5 one (good choice) ! , I also understood the basic concept of the website - the website consists of several projects, each project contains an audio or a video (which is being placed by the admin along with some other options), and the user can change how he thinks about the video each second (which is then recorded and placed in the DB, and then exported to CSV maybe) - I have checked the CSV sample but it looked a little bit complicated (may need some explaining as it was in German). Project Handling - I am not sure if you want to stay with the same exact design or improve it, but if you are looking to improve it, I can work using Bootstrap which will make the website responsive (and looks better on all the devices), I will using Pure PHP with a custom admin panel (made by me). My Experience - I have 6 years experience in HTML,CSS,PHP,JS and 5 years experience in MySQL,jQuery,Bootstrap, I also have general experience dealing with CMS. Proposed Budget/Deadline My proposed budget is 333$ within 7 days, but we can talk if it seems a lot for you.
