I would like to build a bot for forwarding telegram messages from a few channel (where im not admin) to a private channel (where i am admin). I would need the code to run 24/7, so the bot must be ran from an online server (such as [login to view URL]), instead of having the installation done on my computer where i need to keep the computer switched on 24/7.

Easily done, i am a specialist in web automation and have made several telegram bots before. I would use nodejs or python your choice and i would have it run on a VPS for you so its always online :)
