Super Simple android app for a food delivery site

Hi, In our admin panel the deliveries that are being by us are marked as 'FG' and we can assign our rider to it from our db.. i want an app that when we assign a rider to a order, they have a popup in their phone with the order number when they open this They should get 1. Restaurants Address 2. Customer Address 3. Amount to be given to the restaurant (if its NCU then full amount + tax (if any) less delivery charges) 4. amount to be taken from the customer full amount they should have an option here to mark it as delivered and our system should automatically be updated and show delivered. website is on php, smartyframework and mysql Thanks Budget is $100
