please read carefully before you place your bid. write what you understand in the first line of your proposal. I need you to write a technical proposal of a software we want to develop. This software will later be developed for Windows. What we want from you guys is to go through the attachments in detail and write us the technical proposal. Consider this software for a very large scale audit firm and what they want is to keep an eye on the progress of various audit teams and the proceases of the audot they are performing. A web based (dashboard) solution that enables roles of each person involved (apparently there will be 3 - 4 levels) where there will be reporting, file upload system etc (suggest any feature you think can improve the system). You can also suggest a system (in detail/in the form of technical proposal) that is already in practice. Please don't forget to mention all the details including, the methodology in detail, the tools, no of people required for the project, their roles, man hours required of every person and the timelines of development and testing.
