Small Python software on a debian system to readout sensors and process the results

I need a python software for the serial readout of sensors via RS.485, as well as via IP and the further processing of the data. The sensors have only two states: free (green) and busy (red) and are connected in series to an RS.485 bus. The sensors have fixed addresses from 0-59. Thus only 60 sensors can be connected to a BUS. However, it should be possible to query several buses in one system. It should also be possible to query the bus via direct serial interfaces, or via IP serial-converter. The software is to run on a Debian system. The hardware is an Industrial ARM RISC PC. The software is to consist of the following components: 1. Configuration / Administration: - Bus configuration with the bus number, bus name, interface: Serial or IP and the directly connected numbers and names of the installed sensors: Sensor number, sensor name, interrogation group, - Output group names and names with the corresponding sensors, as well as the output type (FTP, XML file, SQL Server, Display-Protocol1-3) - Time interval of the query in seconds - Time interval of processing the output groups in seconds - Storage of status changes in database: Yes / No - Configure the SQL database data for status data 2. Time-controlled interrogation of the sensors - The sensors should be interrogated in groups. If configured: Enter status change with time stamp in database. 3. Time-controlled output: Execute the configured output groups 4. Webfrontend: The webfrontend should have the following features - Display of the status of the sensors requested with the date / time of the last change - Display the results of the configured output groups - Button for the specific inquiry per sensor - Button to start the query procedure - Button for the targeted start of a group output - Input of individual values for test transmission of a group output The development system can be accessed via ssh. For the test environment, 3 sensors will be connected at the serial0 and 3 sensors are connected via an IP serial converter in raw mode.
