a simple auto start app that stays on screen

An android app (runs on tablet)needed that starts on boot and nothing else should be accessible to user, ideally app drawer and launcher should be removed or disabled, only this app needs to work and nothing [login to view URL] app itself will play a video in loop. App will be installed on tablets that we own and we have full ownership of tablet(user profile creation etc) and prefereable no need to root the tablet. Could make use of restricted user profile that android provides. While bidding let me know what you can achieve.
