Shuffle Ticket every 1 quantity of help ($1)

i have a fully functioning system online shop where my members give help of $1. i want to create fundraising. In every $1 Help they give...I need to give them 1 Shuffle Ticket number entry. I will set a Shuffle Draw in every 1 million entries. I need a parameter in creating 1st prize, 2nd prize upto 10th prize. in every prize i will put the prize amount. I will also put how many ticket entries as winners. The prize amount will be divided equally by the number of winners i put in each of the 10 sets of prizes. Shuffle Ticket number will be auto sent to their email after successful payment of $1. No limit of the amount they can give. $1 is 1 quantity. I can send my live system flow for guide if needed.
