We need to get some data from [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) We need the following If an agent has made an incoming or outgoing call Duration of the call Date/time of the call Tag of the call Which company the call concerned We need an overview as the attached, there we want to be able to Search from a date to a date Search for a particular agent or all of the agents Search for a company or all of the companies Search for a color (green is calls with profit - calls are calls with loss) You must be able to make the search in all of the parameters above or only one or some of them. When the calls are shown in the result, then depending on the agent, then the time must be multiplied with the following 044: 2,328 043: 2,328 040: 2,328 035: 2,328 033: 2,7945 014: 3,8805 If agent 201 has answered or made a call, which lasted 20 seconds, it it is 0,20 * 2,328 = 0,4656 All calls below 7,1 are green and all above are red. In the bottom of the overview, when you have gotten the information, then it must show the total for all of the calls. It must show the total divided in red and green e.g. Total: 112,34 (green) / 156,11 (red)
