Shopify App Development + 3rd Party API Integration

YOU MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH SHOPIFY APP DEVELOPMENT (not Shopify themes, but Apps) I need a simple Shopify app developed. I will provide an API key/password, a server and MySQL database. Here are the details: - The app must be written in PHP, and will connect to a MySQL database - The app must embed within the Shopify admin - The app will connect to a 3rd party API and display information - The app will have a Settings page (designed using Shopify's Polaris theme) with 10 or so settings - The app will bill using a usage charge on a monthly basis - The app will need to automatically add a bit of custom code to the bottom of the existing theme's [login to view URL] file Here is a rough flow of how the app must function: - A store owner installs the app - The app will register the store's domain with the 3rd party API - The API will return the Javascript code specific to this store - This code will be inserted into the [login to view URL] file automatically - The owner can use the settings page to confirm some of the following: - Whether the app is on or off - What the monthly $ cap should be - An IP address filter (which will be sent to the 3rd party service) - A few other settings - The app will contain at least 3 pages which will display a summary of the customer's account - If the app is uninstalled, the API will disable the 3rd party service - On a monthly basis, the app will submit a usage charge to Shopify for each store These are very basic details, please let me know if you have any questions about which service you will be integrating with.
