Setup High-Availbility AWS or Digital Ocean Environment and Migrate 3 Sites

Your job: Create HA environment with fail-over, instances load balancers, floating IP and/or round robbin, etc.(to eliminate single point of failure) for 3 sites. Project milestone will be funded in advance and will be released only if downtime is avoided. We're serious about keeping 100% uptime during the migration. Sites are currently hosted with Rackspace Cloudsites platform. There will also be a second project which will be awarded to you for ongoing system operations and monitoring. Reply with your proposed server configuration environment in detail. Also add the following words to your proposal/bid to prove you are not a bot and/or bidding automatically.
