We need a program written that does the following. 1. Downloads a video from youtube. 2. Allows us to add graphics to the beginning of the video. 3. Edit the length of the video. 4. convert the video to the correct format for instagram. 5. allows us to schedule an upload to Instagran with hashtags and description. 6. as an added bonus, based on the title of the video, automatically auto-populate hashtags .
