-- Web based fidelity software -- Software will be installed on a central server and will use a database engine. The main idea is that customers of the Company will accumulate bonus points when shopping at one of the Companies stores. For identification the company will issue Barcode cards. 1. Roles: Admin, Operator and User 2. User management 3. Issuing new cards, entering new users 4. User interface: each user can view their accumulated bonus points, transaction history (accumulated and used bonus points). Users can order from their interface promotional products in exchange for their bonus points. This is not an effective sale, it will only generate an email towards the company. 5. Operator interface: new customers, according bonus points to a customer (manualy, by entering the amount spent by the customer), checking customers balance 6. Admin interface: - Creating different groups of users. Each group will have different settings for according bonus points. - Creating different rules for bonus point alocation: percentual, fixed value... - E-mail module: information about each transaction will be sent to the Customers, and will be visible on their account - Gift card module: the Company can offer free bonus points to individuals or groups - Card expiration date: on a specified date or at a period since last use - Birthdays: extra and free bonus points on the birthday of users, email notification - Multi level marketing: on registration a new user can provide the card number or name of the existing user who told him to join. A single bonus for bringing a new customer will be awarded at the first shopping of the new customer. - Gift cards: Users can buy prepaid gift cards wich can be used in the stores to buy products. In this case we have to manage only the gift card, not the product sales. Latest technologies in progamming are welcome, any simple design is ok, but it has to be easy to use.
