I am a software developer specialized in backend software development, I am looking for a frontend developer to assist in a project with the specifications below. I am looking to develop a Custom company ERP system that will have the following features; 1. Inventory Management - Be able to Record all company Assets - We will have multiple stores located across the country (So store is associated to a region, store is managed by specific store manager) - Items in the store are logged and their physical pictures are also uploaded. (Multiple images of the item should be possible so that its easy to track wear and tear of the Item), Manufacturer of Item, Serial number, Purchase documents, Person who purchased the item, person who received the Item in the store. etc - Every time an item is taken out of the store, it has to be logged and allocated to the person receiving it. Item can also be moved from one store to another. Details (Date, comments should be available) - Movement of an item from the store has to be approved by store manager, regional manager/head of department and General manager. - An email notification should be sent to all listed individual once an item is moved into and or out of the store (the store module is associated with the purchase module. So items that are being purchased by default will be assigned to a store) Note items should be under specific categories e.g Motor vehicles, Generators etc 2. Purchase Management - Handle all company purchases -Generate purchase requests -Log proforma invoice (attach to purchase request) -Generate LPO document (Generated after approval) (generated doc should be printable and possible to forward by email) -All purchases need to be approved by multiple users -Generate goods receive note once purchase has occurred and item has been received. This should be issued by store keeper receiving the purchased goods (At this point, the item will be received to the appropriate store) 3. Human Resource Management - Management of staff - Log all staff details (Allow doc attachments including contract document, certificates, warning letters, promotions etc). - Log holiday (Leave) details - Log allowances entitled - Allow staff to request leave online via the portal - Allow leave approval by department head, Human resource and top management (each individual should have their own approval scheme i.e persons to approve their leaves, purchases etc.) - Salary management. 3. Accounting - Assist accounting functionalities - Assist in generating payment schedules (Each day there should be a list of approved payments to be paid in that day. All approved purchases should be listed for the top Manager/ Managing director to select what to pay. Once selected a payment schedule should be generated and sent to accountants mail list and the Managing Director. Any changes should be notified to all in a similar fashion) - Assist in generating cluster payment requests. E.g if Salary or allowance is to be paid, accountant should be able to generate a payment cluster by say picking names of staff to be paid and amount to be paid. Once generated, this cluster is sent to head of department for approval. Cluster should be editable by Approving party and the different versions should be maintained. - Support partial payment of requests. E.g a purchase order/ payment cluster could be paid half, this should be log-gable to indicate partially paid requests. (Partial payment can only be set by top manager while generating payment schedules above) The front end developer will develop a responsive mobile friendly front end that will interact with the back end logic as one complete system. The development of the front should be such that addition of new features is possible in the future. There is not strictness in language of choice for front end development.
