ruby on rails appointment

Hello, I am looking to build Ruby on Rails Appointments project for a hair salon where: 1. Dashboard/Homepage shows UPCOMING appointments for the CURRENT day 2. Services: A services page showing a list of services. A service can be ADDED/EDITED/DELETED. Also a search function to search for a service. 3. Stylists: A list of stylists that work. 4. Customer/Client can be added to the system as NEW CLIENT/CUSTOMER, EDIT client/customer information, DELETE client/customer and also on client/customer page there should be option to SEARCH for customer. a. Customer/Client information would be: Name, Address, Phone No, Email – Also showing any appointments booked for that customer next to their name. 5. Appointments which can be booked using existing customer/client information. OR new client can be first added then booked for an appointment. a. Appointment information should be: appointment time, duration, price, stylist who the appointment is booked with. b. Appointment should then display on a calendar on the [login to view URL] page. 6. Users: a. Manager is the main person who should be able to do everything that any other user can do. ONLY manager can add/edit/delete service. b. Receptionist should be another user who can look at appointment schedule, book appointments, edit appointments, add clients/customers, edit client/customers and delete clients/customers. c. Stylist: Should only be able to view what appointments have been booked for themselves. They ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BOOK/EDIT/DELETE appointment. 7. FIRST SCREEN SHOULD BE: the first screen when the server is booted on (localhost:3000) should be LOGIN. So the user first has to login before they access the appointment timetable or book any appointments. This system will be used “inhouse” so no customers will be able to access it. Gems for example like Devise gem for Sign in/Sign up or simple_calendar gem also. Also, I would like comments on all if not most parts of the code, so I can understand what is happening (please write these comments in English). A simple bootstrap is also needed to make it look a bit nice but nothing fancy. ([login to view URL])  like this. The way he uses the calendar to display appointments, then show upcoming appointments. I don’t mind if follow this but I would like the extra stuff I have mentioned above.
