Community driven website to capture user reviews on products and have a business directory for doctors/clinics. Wordpress installation, theme, customisation and plugins already chosen and installed. Base forms already created just not flowing or connected correctly. Need a developer familiar with Formidable forms (and directory) to connect, hook up and embed user registration/password reset forms, user reviews form(s) to the right pages and products. Custom field setup as well using Advanced Custom Fields possibly required. Advice on how best to structure data capture also appreciated. Open to suggestions for alternative plugins to suit purpose. Can reference other websites for desired user flow. I am a former front end developer myself so clean well documented code is a must to enable my own input and tweaks to the completed project. Styling and design not needed. Just backend/front end development. Timeframe is urgent. 2 weeks to deliver, preferably earlier. This website is an MVP. Future work possible to redevelop project in VUE.js or React for the right agency. Thank you for looking at this project.
