Rectify "reset password" error for wordpress

Recently our site having bug that users can't reset password from the sign in page reset password link. The problem occur when users click on the reset password link sent to their respective email similar to this; [login to view URL] Upon click the link, it open a website and eventually it said invalidkey and the website url show similar to this; [login to view URL] and the page written "Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid." I have try troubleshoot myself using following methods but neither of the method solve the issue: - 1) Disable all plugins 2) change the user_activation_key in phpmyadmin database together change the reset link address with same key My website is running on Windows server 2003 VPS with IIS 6.0 and I'm not sure whether this has cause the problem. Thank you.
