Product Manager/Designer needed for website and custom wordpress plugin

Thanks for taking the time to review my post. I have an existing site (address below) and a wordpress plugin that needs a professional makeover. Some of the issues we have: Website: * Website UX is confusing * Website does not show off its features * Not converting well Plugin: * Lots of bugs * Admin UI is clunky * Free to Premium upgrade is full of friction So I've decided that I want to re-evaluate everything and see if I can build a website and plugin that has a cohesive UI, very simple and intuitive and is highly functional. The plugin is basically a lead and social engagement form you can put on your wordpress site. In the admin section, you create this widget using a set of options and can preview your widget in realtime (wsyiwyg).
