PHP script to connect to an API and grab information

Hi I would like an API script making for our freshbooks account. So it will use freshbooks API, documentation on the API is here: [login to view URL] What I want the script to do is: 1) It should find all the 'clients' which are in Europe, well most of Europe the full list of countries it should find are in the table located here: [login to view URL] 2) It should then look for all invoices generated on these clients profiles for whatever period is specified (see below). There should be an option to set the date period you want to load the report for, the date period then loads all the clients that have had invoices in that date period and the total amount of their invoices. They might have more than one currency so it should all the total amounts eg they might have £100 of invoices and some other invoices which total $80 AUD. The page should list: Client Name, Tax Number, Total value of invoices. The script should require a username and password to login to. Let me know if you have any questions.
