PHP for 2-way sync with google and microsoft API calendar

I need a php scripts (php 7+) to be executed as a cronjob to perform a 2-way sync with google or Microsoft calendar. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The script will look for new events (or updates) on the remote calendar and import them to the mysql table. At the same time any new event on the local mysql calendar table will be exported to the remote calendar, google or microsoft. It's important for you to know that events can be synced with only one of the above at the same time. If google sync is active it will never be synced with microsoft. Same thing if microsoft is active then google will not be synced. You will probably need to add a datetime column to the calendar to keep track of "last sync" and match with the last_update column. Our local calendar is stored into a mysql table. I will provide a dump [login to view URL] from PHP using mysqli extension. Login credential to the api must be stored in a separate configuration file. You will need to test using your own gmail and outlook account.
