Opencart - Repair Project Options with Quantity

We are using Opencart 2.3.0.2 on our website here [login to view URL] We are also using the Options with Quantities extension to allow users to purchase different options per product. Price is set to $0.00 on these products and the options and then adding the actual price. We have custom programming that shows the lowest option price on the category and product page with the words "starting at" in front of this price. It currently looks like these are all displaying correctly but they don't allow me to add them to my cart. I would also like to not show the image next to each option in the option box and to change how the price is displayed. Currently it displays as (+$14.99) and I just want $14.99.
