We want to conducts online mocktest / online scorer test for students. We want to develop online exam portal in php .here I am defining our tests to better understand the thing what we want. ONLINE MOCKTEST : it is a test which can be attempted by students with user email ID & Password ( under clock monitoring). After completing the test their results will appears on their screen. ONLINE SCORER TEST : it is a test where we can upload the papers under particular exam name ( in different format like .doc, .pdf, .jpeg etc). ADMIN FRONT: • We can see all the information filled by students when they enrol either for free test • Automatically activation for free mocktest after confirming the E-mail address • Provision of manually activation/deactivation • Provision of uploading the file for Online Scorer test. File can be in .doc, .pdf, .jpeg, bitmap etc. in any size. • Provision for adding/deletion/edition of scorer tests, students and number of attempt • Provision of sending mail • Provision for choosing marks for each question topic wise/section wise • Provision of importing questions to database from word file or pdf file • Provision for format the text, add graphics, formulas • set up a style for tests • create a bank of questions topicwise/testwise • provision of creating a single test from different topics • Provision of adding advertisement/news text scrooling/image. Which shows on the user pages when they are attemting test • Provision of adding top banner, side banner, twitter, facebook page widget codes & analytics code. • automatically send out testing results to any group of users by email (there should be different features for adjusting custom email templates); • a user instruction/ introductory page test wise before start of the test • question search options test wise or from Bank • provision of defing the grading scale • provision of creating the password manually to access the test • extensive reports generated for last all tests. Reports view should be customizable/filterable based on profile fields. Comparison view so they can compare score with other scores on same grade level and tests with same overall score of test. Filter reports by profile fields. (It should be available in each register member & in admin panel to check stat of all users or single user with different filters like country or course) • Username/password assign utilty to assign other teachers for entering the questions topicwise/testwise. • Provision to see the list of enrolled students testwise, citywise, yearwise, countrywise • Change password utility, block user or ip or city or full region • Provision of multiple choice questions, discription questions, fill in the blanks, Drag & Drop, Imges based questions. • Provision for controlling the number of test attempt for a single candidate or for all register members with number of days. DATABASE: ONE CLICK download Utility for downloading database from admin panel RESULT SECTION: • We/students can see the result of students i.e. no. of right answers/wrong answers/percentage • At result page ENROLLMENT OPTION required for PAID mocktest/PAID Scorer test E-Mail: • Provision of send E-Mail from admin panel to registered students for tests . it should be [login to view URL] CAN SEND MAIL TO ALL STUDENTS TESTWISE but in case of bulk mailing ( say for example 250 students at a time ) if we pickup up all the e-mails at a time to be mailed no single students should be able to view the rest of e-mails( i.e. anyone student should not be able to see other 249 e-mails.)
