Please note we need to have a great and power website with best features and number one design in the world .
My project is same all features of this website but with 2 languages : [login to view URL]
We need all things make with code only , not use CMS same wordpress or Joomla .
Our website is Online currency exchanger in the Iran and it is Persian language and English Language . (Support RTL and LTR )
Features we have added in file with persian language and you can translate to English also i will full explain to English there :
1- Users can have wallet in client area to can add funds in yourself wallet and can buy Currencies
2- Our website support all major currency same : Dollar , EURO , GBP , IR Rials , and .... Admin can add currency
3- in Main page currency exchanges rate shows and admin can change currency rates .

Shows online currency rates , Slide show for slides our services and products ,
show latest news in small pane , show brief explain of all our products and

Please note we want to sell Electronics money same PayPal USD,EUR,GBP to Iranian peoples and also sell ready PayPal , Skrill, Payoneer , PayZa and .... (admin can add other products)
9- There is major Payment gateways (Online and offline with bank transfer ) same :
5 Iranian bank Payment gateways that after accept project we will give you api's and international payment gateways same : PayPal , Stripe , WorldPay , Android Pay ( Google Pay) , BitCoin and ....
10 - Orders have several modes (Pending , Processing , Rejected , Cancelled , Processed )
11- Affiliate system (banner , HTML Codes , text link)
12 - Users that can sell your own Electronics money same PayPal USD to Iranian Money and Vice versa
13- Users can upload documents for some orders .
14- All things be dynamically
15- All users must be verified with documents and SMS code before can submit order in our website .
16- Users have 3 type mode : Bronze , Silver , Gold
Bronze : verified with documents (Proof ID + Proof Address ) and SMS and can only
buy currency and our services
Silver : passed Bronze steps + Signed documents (PDF) that can download from
where that he want to request for upgrade membership and he will print and sign
and scan and send to us . This user mode (Silver) , Can buy currency and sell
currency to us .
Gold: passed Silver + Come to our office and give us check for Warranty and sign
contract between together . This Membership can do these : Silver + Get Online payment gateway for him website and all exchanges will be done less than 12 hours
Please note all orders include fees that admin can define fee for every services .
Please note time is very very critical for us and we need in very low time .
