Hey Guys, The aim of this system is to offer OHS\WHS documents forms creation \ serving system where these digitally created forms can be built and served to people whom will use the app within our company. The template used is responsive and the page should work from mobile devices. The system consists of an admin portal where they can create and manage the above affectively and a user portal where the end users login and can access certain forms based on their specification. We would like someone to finish what is started and complete the project to a usable state (current source code and project will be supplied although not much work has been done).
