Odoo developer to finish coding and integration with Prestashop

Odoo and Prestashop link has been setup ( for the most part ), but there are still some issues. We were hoping that we could complete this part 100% prior to you starting on this project, but our Odoo contractor has been delaying and delaying and we can't wait any longer. One of unfinished issues - Product Features implementation in odoo: Product Features functionality have been implemented in Prestashop and Odoo and Product Feature sync modules has been purchased and implemented as well. We purchased it from Webkul and after several issues were resolved, we now have a sync. Issues resolved include duplication of products and product features. Another issue is still open - Odoo Encoding of special characters issue has been identified, but has not been fixed. Encoding issue stops us from being able to perform Product Feature searches and that's the ultimate benefit of Product Features functionality. Product feature search has been created in odoo, but not tested due to this encoding issue ( probably needs more work ). We would like to replace Odoo developer, so we can finish Odoo implementation. If you are interested, we would like to get your current estimate on the cost of remaining work and support going forward. I am sure you will have more questions. I am available to meet with you via skype, so we can discuss any details or questions you might have. Once we finish Product Features implementation, we will need to do overall system test. I suspect there are some additional requirements that have not been completed, but because Product features affect system design, these requirements could not be tested. This mainly has to do with reports. We requested some basic reporting from every Odoo module. Reports should be available in PDF and EXCEL formats. But reports were never tested, because Product Features has stopped us. Manufacturing needs to be re-tested once we get Product Features in place. It is definitely affected by this functionality. It was the last module being tested before we discovered the Sync issue with Product Features. Warehousing and Accounting has not been tested. I am not sure of the impact of Product Features on Warehousing and Accounting module. For now we are still running Quickbooks accounting. I would like to discuss this further with you. We may need an additional link to Quickbooks. Original intent was to stop using Quickbooks once we are live on odoo, but we may need to reconsider this because our CPA gets their information from Quickbooks. I am not sure if they will agree to switch to odoo. Some of the workflow has been implemented, but since overall system test was halted, we need to re-visit it.
