Need Telegram Marketing software (Requirement Given In Post)

hello, I would like to have a software from which I can extract the username from any Telegram Group and Channel. The software much be easy and simple to use. And also add all those members to my channel/group for whom i have extracted telegram user id. In other words, I want software which can export all telegram member user id of telegram channel/group url as input to software and add all that members to my telegram channel or group when clicking on option like Import(with option of my telegram channel url as input) on software.
