need help with Google Adsense on my site

I need help with Google Adsense on my site. For whatever reason, I cant get the Adsense adds to be served (live page ads). The Google Adsense account has been approved. The only challenge I think could be that my site is being redirected from the main domain to a sub doman. I am not sure if this is what is causing the issue.
