Need Help Fixing Facebook Problems in creating a "Standard Event"

Hey freelancers! So, we are fairly new to running Facebook ad campaigns and are basically learning as we go. Right now we are in the process of making a "Custom Audience". The method were using to create our custom audience is through putting a pixel on our website so that Facebook can create a "Lookalike" audience based on the data it gathers from visitors to our website. In this process, we're also establishing "Standard Events" on our website. From what I can tell, "Standard Events" are just triggers that are activated when a visitor to our website performs a specific action (clicking a button, visiting a page, subscribing, etc...). We were able to successfully create a few "Standard Events" for actions people take on our website. What's nice is that Facebook allows you to test these events to see if they are working by providing a "Test Events" option. We found that most of the events are working fine, but there are a couple that aren't working for some reason and we can't figure out why. This is where we need your help, because we can't figure out how to get these events to work.
