Need help creating a perl program prints out all possible 4x4 inky (or kenken) puzzle solution sets

For those familiar with inky, or kenken puzzles, you would know the rules of the game. If not, there's always google. I need someone's help in creating a perl program that will print out all possible combinations of a 4x4 puzzle.
