I need a developer who is good with PHP and Moodle for a small Moodle website customization

Looking for an experienced developer who is proficient with PHP and Moodle for a small customization on a Moodle website (online class). I need a modification of an existing plugin that I have or a new plugin, which would be slightly different. It is about an Identity Verification plugin. Students answer 5 questions on the Signup page (such as what is your mother’s maiden name, etc.). They type the answers. Then, the students have to answer the same questions during the online course (one question before each chapter).The answers need to match the answers, which students already provided on the Signup page. I have added these initial questions to the user profile fields. I currently have a plugin, which works but now students select an answer from a drop down menu. Need to make them type the answers. Also, need to make them appear in the student logs. Maybe we can use the Moodle Restrict access field, which matches an answer to a value from the user profile (see the picture attached), but it matches the user profile field to a constant word (equals to, contains, starts with, etc.). I need this profile field to match the specific answer, which a particular student entered (variable) on the signup page. For instance, Student A entered on the signup page that his favorite color is blue - then during the class, he will be asked the same question again, and he needs to answer "blue" again. At the same time, Student B entered favorite color red. At the end of the class, she needs to give the same answer - red. The first answers (on the signup page) and the second answers (at the end of the class) need to match. More projects will come.
