Move a PHP Laravel website + DB etc from one server to another within same hosting provider

Hey how are you. This should be a simple project I can complete for you fairly quick. A few quick questions I have though: 1. How big is the database? 2. What database provider is being used? 3. Is the website currently on a live server? 4. Do you have full access to the server? if you can't answer all of these then no problem I understand. I mainly need to know if you have full access to the server as that is a requirement. My bid is low because I am trying to start my profile here and gain trust. I will be glad to help you. Thanks
