Créer un modèle Wordpress

Create a Wordpress website of news map (use Mapbox or similar tools). The objective is to have the possibility to register a point of interest on the map with a really simple formular which ask: - Place (Geocoded) - Date and Time (GMT). The GMT is automatically determined by the Geocalization of the place. - Title of the event (140 characters) - Details (text) - Source or picture (write a web link of upload a picture) - Category of the event The event is reported on the map with a symbol of the category But until the event has not been approved he is on a certain color, which is different of the approved/verify event. On the Map page, there are the possibility to filter by: - Date, - Place, - Keyword - Categories - Verify / non-verify event When an event is submit to the formular, he is automatically register as non-verify event if he has not been submitted by an authorized member of the website. And the event is in the same time automatically published into Twitter and Facebook. Possibility to have a member zone, blog page, regular page for informations.
