mobile App iOS and Android

I need a mobile app using 1- webview (android and iOS) I have a website ready for mobile phones. 2- I need integration of onesignal push notifications into the mobile app. 3- I need a link for sharing the app with the others through App Store or google play on whatsapp or sms messages 4- I want an option to upload the contacts of the mobile user to my server after taking his permission to find his friends on the mobile app. 5- I want one click action when the user click on the links on the mobile screen, and all the navigation should be inside the app and it should not open another window using his internet safari or chrome navigator. 6- I have the files and logo as well as you should make splash screen and app icon. 7- I will give you access so you can publish under my developer account for my final approval before publishing the app 8- you will make the necessary certificates iOS, android and push notifications when needed. 9-job should be done in 2 days since it is easy and all the plungins are already available in adobe phone gap - if I like your work and punctuality I will give you other projects and you may become our partner in future projects !
