Minimal Smart TV & Mobile App

Greetings, I’m looking to have an app built for the following systems: iOS Android FireTV AppleTV I do not want any special functionality for the app, I would like to keep it very simple. These systems should be able to open the app , display a splash screen with the logo then take the user to a rtmp stream. There is no login required, and must only have a section for a menu to display terms of service and a privacy policy. This stream url will be provided upon awarding of this task. Also for the Smart TV apps. WebOS may be an option for cross system deployment.
