Migrate Clipper Source Code to New Programming Language like PHP, C++

Probably the closest option to convert your existing code would be DBFree / xBase but it is difficult to give you an absolute answer without seeing the software in operation and the source code. I may be better to convert the database to MySQL and develop the system from scratch. My suggestions are based on my 40 years experience in software development in many environments.

Looking at the other candidates for this project I am the only one that has performed a clipper migration. The only one qualified to perform your conversion. My advice would be to migrate to XBase++ or xHarbour language. This would allow you to save up to 70% of your original code.
