When SSL is installed, the padlock shows itself and if its not showing then your wordpress is serving mixed content having two different types of url which are http and https. So they need to be fixed and once all the urls in the wordpress are fixed then padlock will show automatically. Kindly provide url of your website. I can work on this right now.
