We require an online system to look and function in a similar way to an online e-store. However the primary difference is, there will be no billing or invoicing at the end of the process. Ordered stock item levels will be reduced on completion of the process and a confirmation document will be generated and emailed to the user and the system admin(s). Admin Users must have the ability to setup related products, for example when a user views a product connected products must also be displayed to them. Admin Users must also have the ability to setup grouped products, for example when a user orders a product all grouped products must be added to their order as individual line items. Standard Users also need the ability to return ordered items at any time after order completion. The complete contents of an order can be returned or single items on an order can be returned. Admin Users will need ability to manage and process user returns. Stand user login and out mechanisms must also be available as only logged in users can use the system.

After reading your project description, it looks like we are going to develop product order management system without billing or invoicing. User can see related product and can order grouped products and all of them would be managed by admin from admin panel. Standards user can also return their ordered product.
