Joomla Virtuemart special Category adjustment

Hi, Let me explain what I understand: The products from a special Category will be displayed without Add to Cart button. Once user adds to cart other products and reaches the minimum price. The add to cart button of products from a special Category will be displayed. Then they can buy those products? Is that what you want? I can make a plugin so you can set the category (by ID) and minimum price. It can work for multicategories.
