If you have already created such a system, please provide a demo link. Some features i expect: - Multi-channel support from instant messengers: Pic#1 - Telegram, Viber, FaceBook, Vkontakte, Instagram, WhatsApp or some of them (Telegram, Viber, FaceBook, Vkontakte - must have!) - Next to the nickname of the "visitor" should be displayed the messenger icon - Each visitor can be assigned to "category" - In this category, we can filter all visitors and make them newsletter - Category must be multiple - In the information about the client, it is necessary that there be: His phone number, name and photo were taken from the messenger, so that we could add a link to the site and write something. It should also be clear through what messenger he communicates with us - and of course there is the whole history of correspondence for all the time. It is important that under one account our managers can sit on different devices at the same time and communicate simultaneously. - One support operator can accept multiple chat requests - By filter from the customer base, select the desired visitors. The same message is sent to them - to different messengers, if necessary (those through which they started communicating with us) The messages are simple, in the spirit: Hi! Thank! Distribution is done to all selected counterparties (via checkboxes, for example), and they are already responding to us via their instant messenger. Each mailing list should have its own name (a category — for example, the client’s name — the name is visible only to those who use the script) and the opportunity to see its recipients + the ability to add new contractors for the mailing without sending it to those who have already received it — again - Smileys (emoticons) during a chat THX!
