INSTALL COST CALCULATOR PLUGIN & FIX CONTACT FORMS

My WP website is almost complete, I just need a few things fixed: 1. Install on our website/ customize/configure the cost calculator plugin ([login to view URL]) to function as intended to work to provide multiple leads right from my website. With this cost calculator we want it to work as in the demo. We are mainly interested in the transport cost calculators within this plugin( Trucking cost calculator, Courier Cost Calculator, Air cargo cost calculator, ocean cost calculator. Configure all contact forms so I can receive messages from the websites when clients fill out the forms. 3. There is like 5 demo pictures still remaining, replace them with non demo pictures in the library 4. When you view this website on mobile device, the logo is too big and covers the menu, I need it adjusted to a smaller size and located on the top left side of the website (you have to view this on a mobile device to understand what I mean) 5.
