Improve an Existing Plugin

I had a plugin designed to allow users to customize the look of their buddypress profiles with css. I need that plugin updated with the following features. Cover image able to be uploaded from profile or css updater page. (when the plugin was first installed, a change was made to the template which made it impossible for users to upload cover photos from their profile, only from the css page. I'd like them to be able to upload cover photos both ways. CSS updater page should be on a tab on profile page. First time css profile is used by someone, it turns everything to default white. Should default to the regular colors of the profile unless they change it. Default title to size 40, allow it to be increased to size 80 Add "right" as an option to Background Image Repeat, Settings Page Background Image Position, Section.container-wrap.main-color Position Elements that we need to have control over. .sidebar.sidebar-main.col-sm-3.sidebar-right { background-color:#000; } Change the background color of the right sidebar. .sidebar.sidebar-main.col-sm-3.sidebar-right a { color: blue; } Change the color of links in sidebar. #main .main-color h1, #main .main-color h2, #main .main-color h3, #main .main-color h4, #main .main-color h5, #main .main-color h6 { color: blue; } This controls the color of sidebar titles. .inner-content.widgets-container { color: blue; } This controls the color of text in the sidebar. allow them to make this happen .sidebar-right { display: none; } They need to be able to turn on and off the display of the right column with this. .template-page.col-sm-9.tpl-right { width: 100%; } This gives them the option to make the main column full width, or not. .article-content { display: none; } This gives them the option to turn on and off the display of the main column.
