IMAP PHP Support Email Script

Hello, I am looking for an experienced coder in PHP with good spoken english. It is essential that you have good language skills because it will be neccessary that we discuss the job in detail so you understand the full function that the script must do. Basically, it will be a stand alone module that adds extra functionality to my already coded support script. At the moment I have a support script that allows users to submit any queries they have on my website. However I want them to be able to submit emails to my email and then a PHP script that executes every 1 minute by cron checks my inbox, and then proceeds accordingly. The logicical steps the script will do: - Check for new emails - Check headers of new email to view the sender address - Check the users database to see if the user's email is already assigned to a user. If it is then do not attempt to create a new user. If it is not then we need to create an account for the user. - Create an account for the user based upon the name on the email. ie: fred [a] [login to view URL] will create a user called fred, and then email a password to the sender. - Now we retreive the email and check the subject. If it contains a string such as [SUPPORT: TX-827892] then we know that it is already an existing ticket so we do not need to create a new ticket for it but add it to an existing ticket. - We insert the email contents to the appropriate mysql table. I won't continue because as you can work out its pretty basic. You just need IMAP function knowledge. This support module is already coded, so you do not need to worry about the mysql side of things creating tables because I already have done that. If you are experienced and you can complete this project there will be definate avenues for additional work. We are continually expanding the website and due to time constraints placed on the current staff we need to possibly employ coders to complete some tasks (hence this job).
