Image search result and category merge in wordpress site

Hi We have a WordPress eCommerce website, wherein search result image size is coming too large and we have the same name category 2-3 which we need to merge and make 1 category apart of this we need to create a bulk upload process where no duplicate category should be created. These 3 jobs need to be done. work will happen on any desk only we cant share id password interested freelancers can contact us for this project
