GLPI Personalization 9.4

In our company we use GLPI as a support tool for the record and follow-up of the attention of our clients' cases, without losing what exists today, we must improve the form of reception of cases with a new field and we need the tool to generate in case only 5 indicators to feed quality system. Another need is to have GLPI receive the cases through an email. Another need is to make GLPI take the time of cases and send escalation notifications when the times are fulfilled without closing the case, this notification must be via email.
