Hello I am a Senior Python developer has over 6 years experience in python script/app development. I've built a lot of python scrapers using Scrapy framework and Selenium/Phantomjs/Requests/lxml/bs4 packages. And also I've worked with various version of python. (2.x/3.x) The project I am most proud of was to scrape the certain data (such as products, review, categories, price and so on) from the ecommerce websites worldwide. And also another was to automate the login, register workflow and scrape the recursive data. The most challenge in scraping is to passby the blocking mechanism. Why don't we discuss in detail. Hi, Till date I have scraped ecommerce sites, real estate, social networking sites and excel sheet but this seems interesting as you require a crawler where one can sign up with a single email. I have got a good idea of what you want as mentioned in the description but I have a few questions, though frontend objective is clear. I have done scraping using Python/Django as backend and using both BeautifulSoup and Scrapy for some ecommerce sites like Amazon. And there are many many scraping platforms and most of them are geared to avoid having to setup your own scraping infrastructure and only specify what needs to be scraped via their tools provided in web based platform. In the end once they scrape data, you need to store it somewhere say in a relational DB or non relationalDB and do whatever you wish to do. I am full stack expert and have over 15 years of experience with deep understanding of Python/Django ecosystem as well as frontend frameworks like Vuejs, Angularjs. I specialize in systems, DevOps, scaling, frontend development and multitude of frameworks, languages and systems. I focus on test driven development and employing CI/CD right from the start.
