Fix PHP/XML code on website

Our website offers a comparative rating feature where users may enter their state of residence and five criteria about one or more horses they wish to insure and obtain an instant online quote for equine mortality insurance from up to six different companies (a live example of this may be found at [login to view URL]). The user may then add "Optional Coverages" to their mortality insurance quote on a horse by horse basis. The optional coverages displayed for each horse are dependent upon whether or not that horse meets the eligibility criteria programmed into the rating code for each of the six insurance companies (age, breed, sex, use and value). The newest of our insurance companies (ARIC / American Reliable Insurance Company) has added additional selection criteria that we have not previously encountered. The availability of these optional coverages depends in part upon the general breed category to which that horse belongs. The code currently in use already contains the ability to sort out optional coverages by the “specific breed”. However, this is very cumbersome (there are 140+ specific breed categories and only 16 general breed categories). It is also prone to error, because if the specific breed in use is also included as part of another “specific breed”, then the current code returns both sets of optional coverages (for instance, if the specific breed is “Quarter Horse”, the “Quarter Horse” specific breed coverage options will be displayed. However, the “Quarter Horse Pony” set of coverage options will also be displayed.
