Edit a Wordpress Twilio SMS Plugin to add email verification using Twilio Verify API

I need two things done. The first one is, this plugin uses SMS to verify phones by sending a text message with a one-time passcode, but I want to change this so it sends a phone call instead of a text. The developer said this can be done with a small change, but they haven't replied in two weeks, so I need to pay someone to do it. The second thing I need done is to add email verification using Twilio's Verify API (which what I think the SMS verification already in the plugin uses) so that users have to enter a code on the registration form before they can create an account or place an order. I already have a Twilio account setup, and have the SMS verify functionality working in the plugin. I just need to switch that to phone call verification instead of SMS, then add the email OTP verification to the plugin. I have attached the plugin to this project, so check out the file tab.
