I already have a PHP project which has several thousand lines of code. I want a program that would import Excel data into the Database and also add a feature that would cause the program to expire after a predefined number of days. The program would start to work only when the license is renewed. Further, there is an exe file (source code is available) whose source code needs to be changed as per requirements and then compiled to make new exe file.
