eCommerce Web Training Application

We are looking at developing a Web based application to deliver training for subscribers the use case goes basically as follows; 1. A company subscribes to it and adds all their details (logo, company name, company address, etc...) 2. Subscription would be annually and around the $1000 to $1500 and we would want the system to be able to manage the subscriptions (if they go out of subscription their data is set to read only for a month and then deleted). 3. the subscriber (let’s call them the school) adds their details to the school profile (Name, address, logo, etc...) 4. the teacher then creates a course by first creating a course profile (name, Re-train schedule, pass score, retry attempts, required information from the student {driver’s license, OHS card, etc...}) etc... basically the meta information for the course. 5. they add the contents to the course (written or media) and then add the questions to test comprehension of the student. The multiple choice questions are then added. 6. The student gets an email that they have been added to the school and they can then finish adding the required information (driver’s license, phone number, etc…) 7. The student can then undertake the course and questions 8. If the student doesn't reach the pass rate or gets a mandatory question wrong, then the system refers them back to the section/s of the one or more questions that they answered incorrectly and only that information. It then re-asks the same questions and loops until the pass rate is reached. 9. Once the pass rate is reached the system emails both the teacher and student with a certificate created with the course metadata and reschedules the course based on the time of completion of the course and the schedule set by the teacher (e.g. "course one" must be done every year, and "course 2" must be done every 6 months). the scheduler should allow for an email request to be sent at a variable time period set by the teacher before the course is due. This request should contain the link to the required course. 10. The trigger is either a new student being added to the system by the teacher (name and email address) and associating the required course, or the schedule hitting the reminder and automatically emailing the request, or manually trigger a course if something changes in the course. 11. If the student fails more than the retry attempt an email should be set to the teacher so that the teacher can council the student. 12. The teacher must be able to produce multiple reports from the system. a. What questions are being failed the most? Who is having to redo the most questions? Who is due for courses in a certain month? etc... 13. In the future we will have an App developed so it’s easier for those students out doors that don't have a computer so they can study on their smart phones.
