I've written a couple discord bots in the past, some more advanced than what's described here. Writing this bot would take me around 2 days depending on the specifics you require, given that I don't run into too many hickups. I'd like to have up to 4 days in case there are any mishaps or unforeseen issues. Should it only have to send messages to the channel that it was interacted with? Should it listen for approval/rejection in a dedicated admin channel, or should it check the roles of whoever is interacting with it to determine if they are admin or mod on the server? Should the bot run on only 1 server, or multiple? Will you be hosting the bot yourself? Written in JS, Python or does it not matter? By "open text section", do you mean a text channel without role restrictions? Any other details and criteria? Feel free to send me a private message.
