We want to launch website to make bridge between bidder and seller for one time business. -Seller and bidder need to have profile for login - sign up process can be handled via facebook or anything else. - -Seller will post a job - job description will include price, location, estimated time to be done etc. -Bidder will search a specific job via location, price, capacity -Bidder and Seller will contact and agree on job. -Seller refers to manufacturer, and Bidder refers to person in the process of manufacturing. -Ruby on Rails is preferred and Database structure is needed.
